The Park Royal Cancun sets the standard high. Each room is spacious, beautifully maintained and a pleasure to behold by morning or night. Impeccably kept, each studio is outfitted with two luxurious double beds, adjustable air conditioning, full bathroom with shower/tub combination, 27” flatscreen cable TV, direct dial telephone, hair dryer, secure electronic key and spotless marble floors. The Park Royal Cancun is pleased to be able to offer a limited number of spacious, dramatic suites overlooking either the gorgeous Caribbean Sea or the equally romantic lagoon. Each boasts a private Jacuzzi with plenty of room for entertaining or just relaxing. Accommodating, inviting and spotlessly maintained, they're intended for guests who place a premium on space, comfort and luxury. At 1,216 square feet, the Presidential Suite, can be had with 2 bathrooms including both a tub and shower. Select units can extend to an adjoining Studio Room, to increase occupancy by two more adults. All suites include comfortable living & dining areas along with a kitchenette and each comes complete with 2 luxury double beds and 1 Murphy (wall) bed that features the same luxurious padded hotel mattress and bedding. The marble floors are spotlessly clean and each suite includes individually controlled air conditioning, 27” flatscreen cable TV, direct dial telephone, and secure electronic key. In-room strong boxes, turndown service, and irons/ironing boards are available upon request.

Great location, there was always something to do such as yoga, bingo, Zumba etc. my friend and I went with the purpose of relaxing and this location did a great job! The food at the buffet was a bit more exotic than what we expected, but we always found something to eat. Picky eaters will have a hard time here. There are 3 restaurants that need reservations that are nearly impossible to get. We never had problems getting more drinks. We got a massage on site that was amazing and the views were to die for. Or room was comfortable, the drain in the shower was slow causing water to flood the bathroom if you took longer than 5 minutes. Overall, the resort is not perfect, but if you are wanting a place to relax and spend time on a clean beach on a budget, this place is great!

Wingate

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient, with great flexibility. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Our room was exceptionally clean, and any requests we had were promptly attended to. Overall, a wonderful experience! If you plan to book this hotel, remember that upon check-in, you'll need to download an app. This app allows you to reserve tables for dinner and make other requests such as cleaning services and more.

Pouneh

We liked the spacious room and comfortable bed. The à la carte restaurants were fantastic. The Caribbean Sea at the back of the hotel was blue and wonderful. If you have the will, you can cross the street and go to the La Isla shopping center just a few meters from the hotel. There is a bus stop very close to the hotel where R1 and R2 lines go to other malls or downtown. The staff were super attentive and friendly. Entertainment activities were well organized. Thank you!

location was perfect, from the beach to the mall accross the street to being 10 mins from the bars and clubs. I loved the ease of coming in and out of my room and to where we needed to go and it was great being right next to a Mayan Ruin. Felt really safe, and every staff was extremely nice. Loved having our own Terrace facing the beach and view of the Mayan Ruin, and we definitely took advantage of our large patio water tub!

we absolutely loved the staff, the activities during the day and at night and the easy access to pools and beaches. the staff was so kind and easy to converse with. artemio, Marcos, Efrain, and Arturo were especially kind and made our stay very special. the upkeep of the facilities was noticeably well done!
